What is the Enlisted Leader Research Group?
Topsarge Business Solutions (TBS) created the Enlisted Research Group (ELRG) website to help provide information about TBS's daily activities being done in regards to the cooperative agreement between TBS and ARI. The website is maintained and operated by the TBS staff and not affiliated with the government.
